This piece is painted on muslin fabric, not stretched or framed. Painted with Airpen, brush on Deka Permanent fabric paints. All hand quilted, embroidered, and beaded.
This piece was made to be a house-buying whammy for Gretchen and Mike, who did indeed end up buying this house, which they put their first bid on during the big Full Moon and Total Lunar Eclipse of May 15 - 16, while I was away in Montreal. That night I could see the full eclipse from the bedroom window of the house I was staying in, and I felt the power and magic, and knew I should make a whammy for the house
When this piece sells, half the money will go to Gretchen and Mike, to spend on their lovely house.
